Who we are
SlideWisp is operated by Appvolt (앱볼트), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (representative: Jonghyun Kim; business registration no. 793-33-01389; mail-order business registration no. 2026-서울강동-1476; address: 2F #201, 74 Gucheonmyeon-ro 68-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul 05307, Republic of Korea; phone: +82-10-2521-9921; email: [email protected]). "We" and "us" in these terms mean Appvolt (앱볼트).
The service
SlideWisp generates presentation drafts with AI from the topics, text, files and web pages you provide, lets you edit them and export them, within the limits of your plan shown on the pricing page.
Your content and AI output
You keep the rights to the material you upload and to the presentations you create. Only upload material you have the right to use. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing facts, figures and citations before you present or publish a deck.
Acceptable use
Do not use SlideWisp to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions and limits
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly deck and rewrite allowances reset on the first day of each month (UTC) and do not roll over.
Payments, taxes and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Polar processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax and VAT. Refund requests made within 14 days of your first payment are honored; send them to [email protected] or reply to your Polar receipt, and the refund is issued by Polar to the original payment method.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email account holders about material changes.
