How long do I earn commission?
For the lifetime of the referred customer's account. Every paid invoice earns 30%, including renewals and upgrades, until the customer cancels.
How is a referral attributed?
The first referral link a visitor clicks is stored in a first-party cookie for 60 days. If they sign up within that window, they are linked to you permanently.
When and how do I get paid?
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. Once your payable balance reaches $50 we pay it out monthly via PayPal.
What does the commission apply to?
The amount actually collected after discounts, excluding sales tax and VAT. Refunded or disputed payments earn nothing.
